9 month pictures!

I have no room left in my house for pictures. NONE. Still I go and get pictures taken of Mary. She is quite the model I tell you. She had 5 outfit changes and no telling how many hats she had on and she never fussed about any of it. In fact when I was packing up all her stuff to leave (after about 2 hours) she was still playing around! Of course, as usual Eddy Saldivar did an AMAZING job. I told him to only give me 5 choices to pick from...he (with help of his wife Dana) gave me 112! Seriously...I need a bigger house!

So you guys can all go take a look!!!

Vacation

So at the beginning of this month we went on "vacation". It was a family vacation so not a lot of time for relaxing...but it was good to get away from the heat. We went to Maryland to see Eric's sisters and mom and had a surprise appearance from his brother. Then we headed out to Ocean City, MD. We had Eric's two other children with us, Kenny and Elena. We had a great time on the beach and boardwalk. Here are some pictures:

The beach was beautiful and the water was a little cold, but nobody seemed to mind! We were gone 10 days and were ready to come home.

Nine Months

I thought it was about time to get a blog since Mary is nine months old today. I can not believe that she is already that old. Seem like just yesterday she was our little slug...and looked like this.

I sit here today trying to keep her away from my shoes, the dogs toys, and the entertainment center as she is crawling around everywhere. It is very hard to say "no" to those big brown/green/grey (Her eyes haven't changed yet!) eyes. However, I am getting better at it.

I am waiting patiently today for the proofs from her nine month portrait session (hint hint)that she had with Eddy at http://www.ourlegacyportraits.com/ yesterday. If you knew Eddy in middle school, you would never imagine him as being a photographer, but he does an amazing job. He has a great eye for catching that PERFECT shot. One that you would never even imagine he got as your child is crawling/scooting/flailing around everywhere. Of course, Mary is the model client...she didn't complain once! I am so proud of her.

I am going to have to work backwards on this blog a bit. So I can catch everyone up on the last nine months.

Enjoy,

h
